Returns and Shipping Policy



Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges. You have 3 days from delivery to report an issue with your package. After 3 days you assume all responsibility for the order. All pick up orders are considered accepted at the time of pick up,  be sure you are happy with your product we cannot accept a return, refund or exchange on our products.


Each order is subject to a 2 day processing time unless other wise noted. Please note that shipping rates and times do not include processing times for an order. If you are expecting a package sooner please reach out using the contact us form for accommodations. We are not held responsible for late deliveries as we do not guarantee delivery dates and will not accept returns for this reason. Preorders cannot be expedited due to the nature of our business, soaps need at least 6 weeks of shelving time before being sold for the highest level of quality. 

In the event that your package is lost, missing, or damaged in transit, we will do our best to accommodate the situation. We cannot guarantee delivery dates even with expedited shipping due to several factors outside of our control. If a package is scanned "return to sender" at the customers request, incorrect shipping address, or package refusal, shipping charges will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for a restocking fee of 25% on the return. Once the item has shipped we are no longer responsible for the product since this is our point of transaction. Please address all delivery concerns with the USPS first. We will provide tracking information and assist with any concerns as much as possible.
